The Centennial Celebrations at Saint John Baptist Church

The time was 100 years ago. The place was Columbia, South Carolina. The purpose was a church. The church was called Saint John Baptist. Little did the founders know and little did those who soon followed knew that the seeds for this time had been planted and the growth would make for what is now here and for what will come each new year- year after year, year after year.

Saint John Baptist Church is excited about its centennial celebrations that started in January 2008 and will officially culminate in September 2008. All 800 plus members of Saint John Baptist Church are involved in some aspect of the centennial celebrations. Please click on the topics below for information regarding the centennial celebrations.
